Once we’ve connected and you are on our radar, we will review the skills that your organisation offer, the compliance requirements of working with individuals in your market and your commercial and legal terms.

As new briefs come in, whether they are focussed on Team Augmentation for our clients or on a fully outsourced outcome, we will reach across our network and begin building a team to deliver it. If we can do that with one Partner, all the better. If we have to use multiple Partners, we will do so.

Launch Lab technically assesses every team member to ensure that they meet our client’s requirements. And then we build best-in-class teams assembled from the best talent on the market and not just at one company.

We then manage the engagement. For our clients, this means one contract, one set of commercials, one overarching UK relevant insurance coverage and one account management function. For our Partners, this means we essentially become their interface into the client managing and mitigating feedback, making payments in alignment with your required terms and working with your developers on exciting challenges whilst they earn their expected rates.
