HOW LAUNCH LAB ENGAGE
Post-client-briefing we start our sourcing and assessment process to work towards team selection. Once the team is selected, Launch Lab:
manage all rights to work;
align contracts and statements of work against each suppliers’ requirements and local legislation;
facilitate tax status assessments (for UK contractors) insuring the full supply chain for any “outside IR35” determinations;
Supply the back-office function and ongoing management for every individual engaged.
Provide account management expertise to mitigate engagement risk and scale the team as the client requirements flex.
Meanwhile, our clients simply engage directly with Launch Lab.

Team Augmentation
Where client in-house teams don’t have the skills available to deliver particular outcomes, Launch Lab can engage our UK Associate (Contractor) and Offshore Partner network and augment client teams on a project basis with any number of additions.
If you are in need of dextrous Pandas, we’ve likely some in our network. Don’t get me started on the Pugs.
